The name Moxie is an American slang which means vim and vigour. But we’d rather you say, having the balls to take the bull by the horns and put the very best on the table.
Since its opening in December 2008, Moxie Restaurant & Bar has quickly transformed into an unexpected dining destination where people indulge in lively conversations, drinks and glorious chunks of red meat.
The restaurant’s stripped-down casual but spirited ambience spreads over two floors with eye-catching art deco that pays tribute to a New York grill. Each floor has a designated bar where we invite you to begin your evenings with classic drinks or our customised cocktails.
Moxie is one of the few restaurants in the Klang Valley with a meat chiller to keep our steak nicely aged. We want you to feel an immediate gratification in something so delicious and heartening that thereafter, coming to Moxie will be an act of anticipation.
The menu, under the direction of Chef Ray, offers a fresh approach to the classic steak cooked to your choice of perfect pink, although you could also be easily lured to dine here many times without eating a single bite of beef because our menu is filled with other tantalising flavours.
After the meaty delight, it is difficult to save room for dessert, but you really should. Our pastry chef has a touch of the unexpected and surprises us daily with her irresistible take on desserts.
